Nisa Ahmad began her foray into Entertainment in San Francisco as an intern under one of the largest Casting Directors, Beau Bonneau. After working with Beau Bonneau on various National Commercial Campaigns, Television and Film Projects, Nisa decided to switch hats and become an  Agent. In 1997 Nisa became the only African American SAG franchised Agent in San Francisco. During her tenure as an Agent, Nisa was the first Agent to sign, Anika Noni Rose, Tony Award winning actor as well as numerous other acclaimed actors.

 In 1999 Nisa decided to move to Los Angeles in pursuit of working in Television Production. Upon arrival she secured a position at MTV in which she worked on the Pilot and Emmy Award Winning first season of the breakout hit, The Osbournes.

 Nisa has since then worked in various Television formats; Docuseries, Competition, Game Shows, Talk, Entertainment News as well as Documentary Films. She’s been apart of the Pop Culture zeitgeist with Projects such as American Idol, The Real World, The Simple Life,  and Morgan Spurlock’s 30 Days, and The Queen Latifah Show. Nisa has worked with all of the major Network outlets and many of the Premium Cable outlets.

 In addition to a lengthy career in Television and Film, Nisa also has a Gold Record for her work in Artist Management, with the world renowned Gospel Group, Mary Mary. Nisa is also in Production on her first feature length documentary, Generation Soweto.
